    Hi Murtaza Bhurgri,

    I have installed the plugin and added the shortcode in simple.php.

    However my product page display does not show the upload box but text of
    “[woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page]” above the “add to cart” button.

    Im using wordpress 4.8.1 , local hosting by : XAMPP

    I have followed the instruction but somehow Im missing something to activate the function, I hope you could solve my problem.

    I have also tried different version of wordpress , and other theme or normal theme. It doesn’t show the upload function but just “[woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page]”

    Hi.. Have you switched the theme to standard woocommerce one like “StoreFront” ?

    If you are on local host.. Please do the follow. (one by one).

    1. Change the theme to storefront (from woocommerce) and see if still shows above shortcode.

    2. If above do not work.. try using withouth shortcode.. check the box in settings use on product detail page or cart page or checkoutpage and remove shortcode.

    Let me know above result plz.

    Hi Murtaza,

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    I have changed the theme to “storefront” , but I still getting the “[woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page]” above the “add to cart” .

    and I have remove the shortcode in simple.php and selected “Show on Product Detail Page” in setting, the “[woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page]” is missing but there is no upload button.

    Perhaps there is something I need to activate ?

    Or do i need to input all the three shortcode in my editor files?

    Hi Murtaza,

    I have noticed something, the function does not work in my google chrome, however in my IE it is working properly.

    Sorry for all the troublesome, perhaps why google chrome is not working with this plugin? hmmmm

    Hi… Yes, looks there is a weird chrome issue.. Just happen with another app in chrome version 61+

    Please clear complete history in chrome and then check… Just check in another project with clear complete history/cache etc and it worked.

    Hi Murtaza,

    Yes it is working perfectly now, after clearing the history and cache.
    However, whenever i relogin as a wordpress admin, the upload feature in the product page is gone.

    Does your wordpress have the same issue too?

    Hi,

    Please don not upload while you are logged in as an admin in same browser, use another browser for customer logged in and different for admin logged in.

    There is validation check; plugin will process file if user is NOT ADMIN.
