    You have ZERO documentatin on how to set upload dir. NO matter what I do files ONLY and ALWAYS end up in wp-content.

    Tried this from another post: ../podcast-episodes

    But it aint working at all.

    How do I change upload dir?

    same here, upload folder doesnt seem to work. just seem to be uploaded to uploads

    Good morning, this happens because you have set Attach Uploaded File to Post option. This option adds the uploaded file to Media library of your website, so that it can attach it to the post. However for doing so it must place the file in the default uploads folder.

    If you deactivate this option your custom upload folder will work.
