UPLOAD .csv from the previous website crashed. Where?

  • I downloaded my information into a .csv file, but the website is crashed. I was trying to upload the .csv file, to go on collecting information.
    Where is it located? Can I substitute it in the new website?
    I have tried to find it out, by the name, and it has got a different name, or I have just been unable to get it.
