Upload CSV File unavailable

Hi there! Do you see any errors in your browser’s console?

No, there isnt any kind of error message displayed. Only I can’t “click” on upload a csv file. If i try to click it doesnt work. Later i’ll try to see if it works changing theme. Any idea?

I tried changing theme and it works. So this means the theme is the problem. I use Enfold theme, you can find it there: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

If u have any idea how to solve this problem i would appreciate. Sorry for my poor english ??

It is quite weird… That theme is premium and I don’t have it. Don’t know how can I check it…

I also had the same problem… after some digging, it looks like the problem is in /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-media.js, line 26:

$.AviaElementBehavior.wp_media = $.AviaElementBehavior.wp_media || [];

	$.AviaElementBehavior.wp_media_advanced =  function()
	{
		var $body = $("body"), file_frame = [], media = wp.media,

The problem is that ‘wp’ is not defined in media = wp.media.

I changed the last line as follows:

var $body = $("body"), file_frame = [], media = $.AviaElementBehavior.wp_media, // wp.media,

Now everything works fine… I did not contact the Enfold team yet on the issue.

That solution is bad. Because It break the Page builder in Enfold. After I changed the code I can’t upload or change the background image in coloorboxes anymore.
