Upload complete, but folder empty

    @lindholmfotografie – to confirm, are you able to successfully upload and add images to your WordPress Media LIbrary?

    Hi Drew,

    Yes, I am – just tested it again. In the meantime, I set up another WP installation incl. Aperture theme and Nextgen Gallery on a different test webhost. The upload works perfectly there. I guess the problem lies in the server setup of my current hosting provider. Can you tell what the problem could be by checking just https://www.lovestory.photo? My provider ist https://www.hoststar.ch/en/home/home.html

    @lindholmfotografie – OK, great – glad you were able to get the other site working. Unfortunately I won’t be able to tell what the issue is without digging into server settings, which your host would certainly be more succinct at examining.

    Yes, I guess that’s right. I just wrote an e-mail to the webhoster support. Really looks like a problem with their server settings. Thanks for your input!
