Upload & comments … error

  • Hi
    for several month I have problem in my wordpress (I use persian wordpress).when I upload an image says ” an error occurred in the upload. please try again later ” . in upload media , I can not see any images that I had uploaded. when I approve a comment it becomes red , when I reply to a comment , I should refresh the page to see my reply…
    when I delete wp-include file and again upload it there is no more problem anymore for only few hours and again my wordpress problems appear .
    I have done these things …
    I deleted my functions.php file…
    I changed my theme …
    I disabled all my plugins…
    I have checked file and folder permissions…
    what should I do … I think it should be a ajax problem or something like this in wp-include…

    I have used chrome developer ajax monitoring but it showed no error….

    Try these steps (even if you have tried earlier):
    – deactivate all plugins and see if the problem persists. If it solves the problem, activate plugins one by one until you find the problematic one
    – revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if the issue is theme-specific
    – delete any inactive plugins
    – reinstall WordPress manually from a freshly downloaded copy except wp-content. Do not overwrite files/ folders but delete them before reinstalling.
    – run the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    Backup your site including database so that you can restore in case anything goes wrong.

    BTW, you are running a very old version of WordPress (3.4.2 and some of the files/folders are from 3.3). Try updating WordPress to the latest version so that your problems may be solved.

    I did these steps , as I told you before when I delete wp-include folder and again I upload it wordpress works properly onlu for 1 day and then again problems begin to appear…
    what should I do next ?

    That shows there is something wrong with your server. If it’s a WordPress problem, it won’t work even for one day. You need to contact your host for support with this problem. Have you contacted them about it?

    They say that the server don’t overwrite any files…this is problem in your wordpress
    but I have two subdomain with different wordpress for each of them and they have this problem like my main domain…
    where is my problem ? host or wordpress

    Try to update WordPress manually to the latest version 3.6 and see if the problem still persists.

    I told you , I have tried updating manually for several times but after one day my problem appears
    the hosting told me that wp-cron ussualy overwrite files , try to desable it … but it didn’t solve my problem
    I have 3 wordpress install in my host in different version and they have this problem for several month
    I think this is my hosting problem …
    what should I say to them ?

    Finally I could solve the problem just by uploading my host to latest version of PHP and Mysql…
