upload/change a photo product in woocommerce

  • I can’t upload or change an existing photo product in woocommerce neither from pc or library. I have the latest version of wordpress and the plugin updated. Can anybody help me?

  • Do you see any javascript errors in the browser console?

    No. I don’t. When it appears that window with photo upload i push the button “set the photo product” and it didn’t happen anything. And I can’t close that window.

    Please send a full-length screenshot of the error AND the browser debugging console.

    As expected, there’s a JavaScript error that’s causing the issue.

    Try disabling all other plugins.

    I tried and no result.:(

    Then try switching to a WordPress default theme. Like “Twenty Seventeen”.
