Upload by url page is not opening

Hey @bigpine , can you click on the upload page again and then try to click on the Upload Media By URL button?

In other words, go to this link: https://kwikgcom.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/upload.php

Then click on the button. Is it still occurring? If so, it’s likely a plugin you have loaded that is affecting that same screen.
