Upload buttons (cover and profile image) does not work

    Hi.
    If You register to the site, once you go in your profile and try to upload a profile pic, nothing happening is only possyble in a very difficult way with drag and drop… and you know, with mobile is a mission impossible…

    My theme is one page express.
    I have already disabled all the plugins without joy.

    Any suggestions?

    I solved changing the theme, but now when i load an Image, on the mobile it says simply “ERROR” while on the laptop, the greenbar arrive till the end and stuck there.

    Does this issue occur when leaving UM as the only active plugin?

    Thanks for your fast reply. Yes I have already deactivated all the plugins letting UM alone to run. My Host is BlueHost and i am on sharing hosting. My only doubt is that imagemagick is not activated, GD it is (can be this the case?). I also added the line on wp-config that specify the max size. Or Maybe is again a problem with theme compatibility. the actual is called ecommerce plus and is Free. Do You have some name of FREE themes that are 100% compatible with UM?

    UM works with default WP themes such as 2020 and 2021.

    I just noticed that the image is present in the ultimate member folder (774 permissions) called 1. there is als an empty folder called tmp

    the image is called image_profile_tmp

    SOLVED! changed the directory wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/ permission from 774 to 775. I hope can help someone that was in my same conditions.
