Upload button not working for profile and cover pictures

  • Initiate the standard WordPress troubleshooting procedure first. If that fixes the issue with UM, then you have a theme that’s in conflict with it.

    Hi there and thank you the tips.

    Other plugins that I use with “upload” features are working perfectly. Only UM presets this bug. Just to clear it up as well, i have deactivated all plugins to check if any was in conflict with UM, and that is also not the case. I use the plugin for over a year so, it’s unlikely to be any conflict with the theme, since this bug started happening very recently.

    Any further assistance is highly appreciated.

    Perhaps you have a corrupt JS AJAX file. I would clone your site and delete UM, then install an old copy first, then update to the latest. If it works, then you know what the problem was. I work with UM version 1.3.26, BTW, so no problems for me.
