    When I first installed the plugin I got a javascript error message so I deactivated all other plugins and now the upload by URL section goes all the way to the pop-up, I enter the URL and when I press submit everything is cleared and the pop-up box is empty and does nothing.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    You have to close the popup box and the media file should be uploaded into the media gallery. There are some URLs that it just won’t pull from specifically those with a CDN signature. Can you let me know about the javascript error message? The plugin doesn’t use any Javascript, so it may be a conflict with another plugin.

    I turned off all the other plugins that’s why I did not think they were an issue. I was attempting to use my google images after I enabled sharing. I ended up trying several other saved image links just in case all of the ones I used had CDN signatures but I still did not get an image from the URLs I tried after I click out of the popup box. Can you suggest image storage that would not have a CDN signature for me to try? I really did not want to store all the images on the server.

    Here is the original error message I got before being able to see the pop up box if that helps:
    javascript: (function() { window.location.href=’https://annettehickman.com/wp-admin/upload.php?page=lh-add-media-from-url.php&lh_add_media_from_url-file_url=’ + encodeURIComponent(location.href);})();

    There is a JQuery code in there that redirects to site.com/wp-admin/upload.php#openUMBU which is set to open up the div. This must be another plugin interfering with the code, @annettehickman .

    If you’d like me to further debug the issue on your website, please send me an email via notetoservices.com contact form.

    Can you share a link of an image you are trying to copy by url? The plugin uses a built-in feature from WordPress itself.

    I am attempting to use images saved on my Google drive but without having to actually make my site run slower due to excessive images. I will contact you via notetoservice.com in the morning.

    @annettehickman it does seem like you are trying to grab images from Google Drive which has a very odd URL and may also be private. If those images are set to private, WordPress couldn’t possibly download them.
