    I’ve used this plugin with success before, although I decided to completely start my website over again from scratch, so I haven’t used it for a while. So, I’m back in the saddle again, wanting to use this (what was, at least) easy-to-implement plugin. Things have obviously moved on since I last used it, with new admin pages, etc.

    – I’m not having any luck with getting it to work on my Contact page (URL below).

    – Also, responsiveness is non-existent in mobile view (although I managed to ‘squeeze it in’ eventually.

    – There’s also an alignment problem with the first box, which renders a slightly sloppy look. I had this problem before, actually.

    Hope the hitherto fantastic support still applies!

    Hi, please put the following css in Custom CSS area of your theme:

    input#input_1 {
        z-index: 0;
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }
    input#upload_1 {
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    This will align the buttons and make “Select File” work.

    There is also an option in the shortcode, Plugin Fit Mode. If you set it to “responsive” then the buttons will wrap in small screens in order to fit.

    Regards

    Glad to see the support is still absolutely top-notch for this plugin. Thank you for resolving the issue. Impressive. It now appears to work fine, and fixes the alignment issue. Looks great in the form now.

    As for the other thing, I remember seeing a ‘responsive’ setting, but have been unable to find it again. Where can I find that exactly?

    Very good job. Thanks.

    Thanks, Nickolas.

    By clicking ‘edit’ to the left of the shortcode field, I was able to find the responsive setting. Better now (two buttons are centered), though, I wish the ‘Upload files’ text wasn’t there – it spills off the left of the page in the mobile view, and since it’s part of the ‘widget’, I can’t remove it.

    SUGGESTIONS:

    – Place the responsive setting in the main menu; not easy to find.
    – Since the usefulness of ‘Upload files’ text will be case-by-case (in my case, it just gets in the way), why not make that text an option in the main menu? Most people will provide a few lines to explain the reason the buttons are there anyway, I would imagine, which makes the text redundant.

    While I’m able to upload files from PC, I cannot from a mobile (Android – Nexus 5). On the mobile, I can select a file to upload, but clicking ‘Upload File’ always returns a message saying the file didn’t upload. I suppose most people will use PC to upload, but it would be nice to see this functional through mobile also.

    Agh, no, it’s not just a mobile issue – neither via PC nor mobile. Drrrrat.

    OK, PC now works; still no upload available from mobile. Swings and Roundabouts…

    Yes, I am. Thanks again, I will give your suggestion a go – I’m sure you are correct (you usually are!). Quick response, man, thanks.
