Hi, probably it is a very common issue. When I am logged in to the back end of wordpress, I have no issue seeing the upload window. Even when I am not logged in and using an other browser (even incognito), it is showing up normal. (It is is inside the pink accordeon ?Angebot anfordern?.)
Everybody else outside my household can not see the upload section. On a staging site I deactivated many plugins … but it still does not show up on their browser.
What can I do? It does not seem to be a cache, security or a cookie consent plugin problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @blindtexth ,

I cannot see the upload box as well it seems like there’s an error on my browser console and it’s related to some javascript (see this- https://snipboard.io/Yj7bX0.jpg)

Can you check your network or hosting provider ? maybe there’s a security that blocks or not permitted any JS file.

Or try to deactivate any plugin like cache, redirect or optimization etc.

    Please let me know.

    Hello Glen,

I am using a staging site with a copy of this WordPress installation. There I have deactivated WP-Rocket, Borlabs Cookiebanner and BulletProof Security. The same still happens there:
    https://www.prolinguo.com/staging

Weird is, that I can see the upload box. Even if I am not logged in and using another browser. With a another Laptop in the same Wifi, the ulpoad box shows as well – but not outside this household.

Thanks to your screenshot I am trying now to check the htaccess …

You have the BPS Pro plugin installed and the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall is blocking plugin scripts. Go to the BPS Pro > Plugin Firewall and click the deactivate button. Depending on how site staging/maintenance mode is being done it can break the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall AutoPilot Mode whitelisting feature. After your site is live activate the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall feature again.

That finally was the problem. The BPS Pro Plugin was blocking the JS and had me whitelisted.

    Thank you for your help!
