Upload avatar with s2member registration

As far as I know, no membership plugin offers this. The reason is that this could seriously compromise the security that the membership plugin is designed to provide, because the identity of the user is not known at that point.

Your best bet is to use another plugin to enable users to upload an avatar after registration. You could even restrict content to which they gained access until after they had uploaded an avatar.
