Upload area not showing

is the shortcode im using

The file upload wont load inside popup because the popup content/element does not yet exist, until you click it.

You may try and use the code below (place it inside you /theme custom js file)

jQuery( document ).on('popup-open', function(){
window.initDragDrop();
});

Doesn’t seem to be having an effect unfortunately.

May I know which specific file did you add to the script?

Can you try and add inside the footer.php?

I viewed the source of the page and code doesn’t look right (see here : https://i.imgur.com/UvuzJoo.png)

It seems the code snippet removing ” from the code.

Can you try and add the code manually to footer.php file?

or change to this :

window.initDragDrop();
});   
</script>

i have this problem but mine is not in any popup or anything else.
