Upload and shipping not working

    Hi I am having difficulty receiving any uploads from the site as the uploads section on the checkout page is not working at all.

    The same is the case for shipping if any shipping addresses is added I am not receiving any of this.

    This is causing a huge problem, would like to have this resolved as quickly as possible.
