upload an image

  • When leaving a review on any of my products with an image, Redirect it takes you to a 404 error page. But, when you don’t When leaving a review on any of my products with an image, it takes you to a 404 error page. But, when you don’t upload an image, the review is posted successfully., the review is posted successfully.

  • Hi,
    This problem is usually caused by firewall of a security plugin, cloudflare or your hosting which does not allow posting comment with including files. In some cases, you are able to attach tiny files without the error. That’s all i can tell you about your problem.

    Do you use any security or spam check plugins?
    Do you use Cloudflare?

    Cloudflare not use ,spam check jetpack

    Please make a test: deactivate all plugins except WooWommerce and Photo reviews then try uploading review with image.
    If the problem still occurs, please contact your host to ask about it.
    If problem resolves, there must be conflict with other plugin(s). You need to check one by one to find out which plugin causes this.
