upgrading yoast and not losing website date

    I need help or instructions on how to activate the plugin on my website.

    I already have Yoast SEO Premium Version 7.8, installed on my website along with Yoast SEO: Local Version 5.2.

    How do I activate and update the plugins without losing any of my data?

    I currently purchased a subscription with Yoast for both of these.

    Please advise.
