I was upgrading WordPress, coping files of new version of WordPress manually by ftp.
Now I have error database connection on frontend and backend.
The file wp-config.php isn’t touched always the same file, database parameters are correct.
The database is on postgres, I was using API adminer plugin to access database to backup.

Tried to go to repai bu it return always same error.

WordPress does not support postgres, so how were you connecting to the database prior to your upgrade?

Server provider restarted the database. Copied new WordPress files manually, now everyting seems fixed.

Reply: WordPress does not support postgres.
But you can use it, can connect to the database by setting database variables on wp-config.php file.
