Upgrading to pro loses all listing data?!

    Hello Matt,

    Thanks for purchasing PRO version. You can see instruction for keeping data in the above KB article as well.

    If you want to upgrade from WPL basic to WPL PRO and keep your data, You can do the followings:

    – Deactivate WPL basic using WordPress plugin manager.
    – Install WPL PRO (Ignore the errors if any)
    – Connect to your cPanel or FTP server and remove WPL Basic directory
    – Activate WPL PRO.

    Also you can ask us to install WPL PRO for you if you cannot do that yourself. Please create a private ticket here and provide us FTP and WordPress access of your website.

    Ah,

    Thanks for the help. I mis-read second part after reading the initial warning.

    Sorry there is not a way to remove this questions.
