Upgrading to latest Jigoshop has taken my site down cannot log in to wordpress

  • Hi, I updated to the latest available Jigo eCommerce 2.0.10.2 to 2.1 and now my website has deactivated completely. I cannot even login to the WordPress backend as admin user.

    In my plesk I see this error…….

    AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot use Jigoshop\\Entity\\Product as Product because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/splitn2.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-ecommerce/src/Jigoshop/Factory/Order.php on line 13\n’, referer: https://splitn2.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=duplicator&tab=new1

    All other plugins were up to date at the time.

    Please can you help urgently this is very urgent and was a very basic plugin upgrade. The actual plugin upgrade of Jigoshop eCommerce completed successful according to the plugin upgrade in WordPress but then I noticed immediately I get this error on browser when I refreshed the wordpress admin pages to check…..

    This page isn’t working

    splitn2.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    Please can you review and advise urgently.

    This error is caused during my Jigoshop upgrade and it is stopping wordpress from operating at all I cannot even login as admin to wordpress….. Thanks

    Same here.
    Site is dead if I enable jigoshop 2.1
    I’m going to disable the plugin while I investigate and will post anything useful here.

    I have moved the Jigoshop eCommerce folder for now out of plugins so now my wordpress instantly burst into life again. Can you please help me fix this latest eCommerce or advise how to carefully revert to the old version. I have paid the monthly support charge via PayPal for 2 months adhoc emergency support so would appreciate fixing this latest version please rather than reverting to the older version. This is urgent as my shop is down and this is my busy season. Thanks
