Upgrading to latest CoDesigner crashes website

2. Clear Cache: Ensure browser, server, and any caching plugins are cleared.

I made a staging site and disabled all the plugins. Upgraded CoDesigner to v4.7.17.2 and this went ok. I activated Elementor then CoDesigner but when I activated CoDesigner Pro I recieved message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”. The issue is with CoDesigner Pro v4.5.3
