    Hi @meatface888

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience you faced.

Could you please share the error details or logs? This will help us identify the issue cause quickly. The previous version had some issues that were addressed in this update, and CoDesigner v4.7.17.2 is functioning without any issues on our side during testing.

Here are a few initial troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Disable CoDesigner Temporarily: Use FTP or your hosting control panel to deactivate the plugin.
    2. Clear Cache: Ensure browser, server, and any caching plugins are cleared.

You can raise a support ticket for a prompt response, and our support team will address it as quickly as possible.

    Best regards,
    Nayeem

I made a staging site and disabled all the plugins. Upgraded CoDesigner to v4.7.17.2 and this went ok. I activated Elementor then CoDesigner but when I activated CoDesigner Pro I recieved message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”. The issue is with CoDesigner Pro v4.5.3

    Fatal Errors:

    2025-01-16T17:20:27+00:00
Critical Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in /home/customer/www/staging2.3dlabtech.ca/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woolementor/vendor/pluggable/marketing/src/Deactivator.php:43
