Upgrading to 0.71

  • I couldn’t get 0.71 to work properly:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
    D:\web\binarybonsai.com_n2u1an\wwwroot\b2-include\b2functions.php on line 483
    ?!

  • Make sure that you transfer your config settings to the NEW b2config.php.
    There is a require at the bottom of that file which you need.

    Mike, help please! I upgraded and received this. And yes, I did double check my config file, I uploaded the new one after making the necessary changes, I even triple checked it!

    I did the config file all over again. I tried replacing pretty much setting it up as a new WP… ?? Did I miss something? Is it upgrade only or…?

    Did you also launch the wp-admin/upgrade-070-to-071.php upgrade utility?

    Eudaimic, if you get that error it’s because the wp-db.php script hasn’t been included properly, which it should be at the bottom of the b2config.php file.
