• I just upgrade to 2.0.19 today and all of the previous version settings, the API key, and custom text for the checkout page opt-in were wiped out. There was not warning this would happen. I read the changelog.

    I was able to rebuild the settings from memory but it took longer to find the custom message my client had used for the opt-in on the checkout page.

    Is this standard behavior for this plugin? Should I take a screenshot in the future?

    I did perform a full site backup prior to updating the plugin and could have rolled it back if it had been a serious issue. So, please don’t suggest that.

    Sorry this happened during your upgrade. It should not have happened. Can you tell me what version you were upgrading from?

    We have an upgrade routine that should have run when you upgraded so I’m not sure yet why this didn’t happen.

    Let me know any further details about your environment and setup do we can try to reproduce and troubleshoot it.
