Upgrading plugin deleted all schedule items. :(

  • For some reason, the plugin wasn’t letting me update schedule items, and in trying to figure out why, I saw that we hadn’t upgraded it in a while. So I upgraded the plugin… and all our schedule items vanished. I checked the database, and they’re gone from there, too. Well, it looks like 6 of them might still be there… but that’s it. And they don’t show up in the admin interface for the plugin. It’s all very weird.

    Was that supposed to happen? Has it happened to anyone else?

    I may try to recover them from an old MySQL dump… but I don’t really know how to do a partial backup, so I’m probably going to be stuck re-entering 75-100 radio show items and descriptions. Yay.

    Just letting you know. I don’t even know what version of the plugin we’d been using previously. Sorry.

    I should add that it was a few months ago that I touched this plugin last (about the time I was posting here). If the changelog had dates attached, I could guess at which version I’d been running…
