Upgrading from Genesis Agent Profiles to IMPress Agents

    Hi,
    I’ve been using Genesis Agent Profiles for a few years now and decided to try IMPress Agents instead. After the installation all old plugin directory profiles (over 100) have disappeared / the new ones have been created but not all fields are matching and some are missing. There used to be a field to place a number so profiles appear in a sequence based on that number, how can this be achieved now?

    Also, there are four offices and each one has it’s own sub-page. Is there a way to use some shortcode (like in the old plugin) to display different agents on each office page?

    Is there a way to revert to the old plugin version, since the profiles have disappeared, besides restoring old database? Re-saving permalinks doesn’t appear to be working.

    Hello again,
    I was able to resolve the above problems. The one I still have is a random empty space in one of the double column display – https://remaxshowcase.com/agentsLongGrove.htm. All profiles have assigned numbers and they appear in proper sequence / they are all visible, but the empty spaces appear in left column, 2-3 depending on screen size. I was trying to adjust CSS but nothing appears to be helping.

    Wow, what a great support! Almost 3 days and not even an attempt to help or “do it yourself” suggestion.
