Upgrading from free version

    I have upgraded to pro but mys site is still on free version 1.9 even though my account show the new certificate keys. I have sent several messages with no reply. I have tried to uninstall and resinstall the plugin but get this error ¨ The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.¨ Why is it not registering as Pro instead of free and why can′t I get a response from support?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
