Upgrading from free to pro version

Hi,

I am currently trying to upgrade from 2.0.6 to 3.3.1 to see if it fixes a problem we have editing some pages (some pages we can’t edit as the preview is all wrong even after just fixing a typo).

I have installed 3.3.1, deactivated 2.06, activated 3.3.1 and then cleared all caches. However the layout of all the pages is now wrong. If I deactivate 3.3.1, re-activate 2.0.6 and clear all cache then the site is fine again.

Should I be doing something else ?

The problem I am trying to fix (I think) is that the layout is broken because of closing comment tags being placed in the wrong place ( in 2.0.6)
For example, before a page edit we have:

<div class=”row heroblue” data-cols=”3″>
<div class=”wrap”>
<div class=”column” data-col=”2″>

After a change (typo fix) and preview this changes to:

div class=”row heroblue” data-cols=”3″>
<div class=”wrap”>
<div class=”column mobhide” data-col=”2]–>

Along with other closing comments tags in the wrong place the layout if all messed up.
