Upgrading from 2.6.8 to 2.6.9 Breaks Site

Hello,
When Upgrading to 2.6.9 on WP 4.1 it breaks the entire site i get
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DirectoryIterator::getExtension() in /nas/wp/www/cluster-2699/jewsforjudaism/wp-content/plugins/query-monitor/query-monitor.php on line 65Please advise
