Upgrading can't get into back-end

  • I had version 3.4.2 and then tried upgrading to the current version. I pushed upgrade and now when I try to go to any page in the back end I get this message:

    WordPress

    No Update Required

    Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

    Continue

    I click continue and then it takes me to the front page of my blog. The front end seems to work but not backend.
