    Hello!
    When I upgrade to the new version of this plugin my whole site goes down. No errors or warning just white screens for both the admin and front view.

    Help please

    If you have FTP access to your site, or a file manager in your hosting account panel (such as cpanel), you can go to your wp-content/plugins folder, find the email-subscribers folder, and change the name of it to something else. This will not solve whatever crashed your site, but it will deactivate the plugin (without losing all your subscriber lists) so that you can get your site back up.

    @bldesignbp It’s strange!

    It shouldn’t do this. Please contact us. We will take a look into this issue.
