Upgrading 2.0 to 2.2

    Followe the upgrade instructions but when I try to run /wp/wp-admin/upgrade.php get this error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare validate_current_theme() (previously declared in /home/aviceda/public_html/wp/wp-includes/theme.php:419) in /home/aviceda/public_html/wp/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 1121

    Any ideas?
