upgrade.php error

  • I just upgraded wordpress and I am getting the following error when trying to login to the admin dashboard.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/upgrade.php on this server.

    [Stop bumping!]

    Really, please don’t bump. It ruins the magic of the No Replies link that many of us do use.

    About your problem: that looks like a web server issue. Can you check your web server’s error_log file and see what it says?

    Gotcha, I just thought there was some kind of error because my post kept getting deleted. I see that was an intentional delete now. I just got off the phone with my host and we are hashing it out now.

    Definitely a server error.
