upgrade.php does not start

btw: my PHP version is 5.2.8

Many people including me seem to have problem with upgrade. I’ve written this post after all. Painless, Worries-less and Rollback-able (gold!).

I’m not able to create a subdomain…

And I don’t understand why I’m not getting any answer from WP guys ??

I tried https://www.nancyverbrugghe.be/wp-admin/install.php
It said “Already Installed”

Just though of a possible solution. You could try to change the file permission to 777 to see if it helps.

Of course “already installed”.. I restored my backup files.

after editing the config file with access info to db

why are you editing this? this file is not supposed to be touched when upgrading- all of the info in it is already correct.
