Upgrade.php didn’t do anything.

  • When I upgrade, I typically delete all but the config file and the wp-content folder, then upload the entire new package to the server (Windows Server.)

    When I ran /wp-admin/upgrade.php it reports that the database is up to date and no upgrade is necessary. Then I login to my blog and see that it still wants me to upgrade. Any ideas?

  • I know that you probably have, but triple check that you have uploaded every single one of the necessary files. Even run through the process again.
