Upgraded wp Time Machine .. no longer in "settings"

normally wp time machine shows up under settings on the left side…. however after upgrading wp time machine ( and making sure it is active ) the wp time machine link no longer shows up.

I love your plugin ( I use it before I do core updates to back up )!

I have the same situation on two different installs:
Wordpress 3.2.1 / wp time machine 2.0.0.3
Wordpress 3.3.2 / wp time machine 2.0.0.3

On the 3.2.1. version I WAS able to get the wp time machine backup dashboard but it when I tired backing up to s3 this is what I got:
