Upgraded WP and WP no longer recognizes my username and PW

  • I upgraded WP today and I can no longer log into my WP-admin site using my login credentials. When I click on “Lost your password?” and enter my email, I get — Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class phpmailerException in /home/chemin10/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 2319

    Please help!!
