Upgraded to WOrdpress Wizard and old site is gone

I stupidly clicked on WordPress advertisement for the WordPress wizard and it totally removed all my old content and now I’m essentially left with a clean slate. There is nothing in trash so I can’t restore. Can someone help me figure this out? It should look like this.
