Upgraded to v. 3.5.2 No screen options

    I have just upgraded to version 3.5.2 from 3.5.1 and my Screen Optrions are no longer where they used to be under the black task bar.
    Have they been removed or relocated or has my upgrade gone wrong?
    Can anyone advise please?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    The problem was a theme-specific problem. It was of my own design using an old version of Atisteer. I have now upgraded to their latest version and believe it or not, problem solved, I have my Screen Options back.
