    Hello,

    Just days after my paid support ran out you release an update. I upgraded to the update and my files are no longer organized how I had them. The reason I upgraded was because of some issues I was having with seeing the files but now i dont even have them at all. I don’t think its fair for me to have to pay for support again when I never used it and it was your update that caused this issue.

    Please help!

    Hello @tlicllc,

    That sounds quite strange since updating the plugin keeps all folders created preserved.
    Could you let me know which version you used before you did the update?

    Here is a screenshot of what is happening. I believe you can help me best on this forum. If it’s a bit slower that is fine by me. I just want my files fixed.

    Notice I have several folders under wedding pictures each folder had 2 folders in it “engagement” and “wedding” now they all say there is nothing in them.

    Hi @tlicllc ,

    I see what is going on, it seems you are not familiar with this UI yet because we changed the UI slightly so it is quite different from the one you’ve always known.

    The reason why the folder “Wedding Pictures” is not showing more than 1 picture is because its only 1 picture that is in it, but some of it’s sub folders have many files, so you need to click on folder and sub folder “icons” in other to expand and see their files:

    This actually does not help. I am familiar with the UI. It’s just not appearing. I explained it in more detail with this screenshot…
