Upgraded Theme | Unable to Access Admin

    I am unable to access my admin page through my server or through WP Admin. I upgraded my Rambo lite theme to pro today. Clearly in doing so I erred somewhere. I’m completely locked out of admin. It may be a plug in I installed or there may be a conflict by not uninstalling the old theme.
    I have no idea how to get back in. My server informed me I must go through WP to gain access. Attempting access through my server only produces a blank white page.

    I receive this error code when attempting to log in through WP:

  • Deactivate the theme by using FTP to access your site files on the server – rename that theme here:

    wp-content
    themes
         ranmbo.HOLD

    That should let you login again.

    For help with solving the theme issue, you’ll need to ask the developer of the theme.
