Upgraded from PHP 5.4 to PHP 7 – WP – SMTP Not Sending Email

We upgraded our PHP Version from 5.4 to 7 and now the WP-SMTP plugin will not send email. It also will not send the test email. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can fix this issue as we have gravity forms on our site and need to receive this info.
