Upgraded from Free to lifetime Independent Analytics Pro

    Caught their Thanksgiving 60% Special. The Free version worked great & support was exceptional, but was waiting for the Lifetime Pro version to drop in price, and it did! Just a novice at this, but I like it better than the free Jetpack.

  • I installed the free version of this plug-in. My visitors counter displayed 9 visits. But the next day it was 0. I’m not sure if the plugin developer erased the number or what. I think these plugin developers pick and choose who which website owners can use their plugins. This is like discrimination.

    “discrimination” ?!?!?!?!?!?! Don’t be ridiculous. Did you check with IA’s support? Ben Sibley always responded promptly and resolved the issue for me – usually my own fault or lack of knowledge.

    @rt1959 I’m not sure why your visitor count would change, but if you’d like to open a new support thread here, I’d be happy to investigate and figure out what happened.

    To be clear, a big part of our plugin’s design is that the data is completely in your control and doesn’t get shared with outside sources. While we certainly wouldn’t manipulate someone’s data, it’s not something that’s possible anyway. We don’t have access to anyone’s data.
