Upgraded editor?

    I am using WP 4.9.7 and BuddyPress 3.1.0 and I have your plugin installed and it’s working fine, but I keep reading where you claim it has a full featured text editor but as you can see in the pic I have linked to it really doesn’t.

    So am I doing something wrong? I don’t see anywhere to choose what editor is used and naturally I want the ability to insert photos etc… it really needs a WYSIWYG editor to be truly perfect.
