upgrade WP Multi Network 1.1 to 1.5.1 not successful

  • Hello guys,

    I was using WordPress 3.5 and WP Multi Netowrk 1.1 and I wanted to upgrade to WP 3.9.1 and WP Multi Network 1.5.1.

    When I do it, the Network menu disappears from tools (I think it is expected) but no new menu/option appears.

    Also when I try to access /wp-admin/tools.php?page=networks directly, I get “Access denied” error.

    I also tried update to WM Multi 1.5.1 before I updated WordPress but I observed the same behaviour.

    Also when I keep WP Multi 1.1 under WP 3.9.1 all seems to be working fine – I can also add new domain.

    Can you please help what to check/set so I can use WP Multi 1.5.1 with WP 3.9.1?

    Just to add one more thing, capabilities for my admin user ID are set in wp_usermeta table as a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;} so I think this should be ok…
