Upgrade WP 2.2.3 to 2.5

Hi, I couldn’t find anything about information upgrade from WP 2.2.3 to 2.5.

Are there major issues about upgrading directly from 2.2.3 to the lastest version, and skip 2.3 upgrade version?

I know there were many structural modifications (database, taxomony…) made betwen 2.2.3 and 2.3, and not as many modifications between 2.3 to 2.5, that’s why I’m asking. I don’t want to mess my whole blog when upgrading to 2.5
