I upgraded this morning and my entire site went down. Sorry in my panic I forgot to check for logs and restored to my backup.
I dare not touch it now.
    Thanks
    Jenny

we have 56 plugins. Yours was the only one requiring an update today.
    thanks

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, it will not go without error logs. Do you have posibility to recreate this error on this site or in dev environment with debug.log turned on?

Here you can find how you can enable debugging mode

    Thanks Jenny,

Unfortunately, the list of plugins does not help me solve this problem. I need logs to understand its cause.

It would be perfect if you could reproduce this error. It does not matter if it’s live or dev stage. What I need to verify is error is logs because I can not reproduce the error in our environment.

Hi, I had the same problem..

My site was took down.. so i asked my server to get the bakcup of an hour ago back.. so my site was ok again.

After that, to be more carefull, i used my dev site (staging site) to update the plugin 1 by 1… it was 21 plugins requesting updates..

So i started updating 1 by 1.. after 10 updates.. i got to the Flexible Shipping Update.. and voilá..it broke down my site (staging site at least)

How can i produce the log error so I can send it to you?

    Hi Camila,

    I am sorry about this..

Here you have how to enable debugging mode in your WordPress:
    https://www.wpdesk.net/docs/activate-wp-desk-plugin-licenses/

I suggest to enable debugging in wp-config.php. After turning it on, please try to recreate the error and then find the debug.log file on your FTP site, in folder /wp-content

    Please send it to me.

    Best Regards,
    Pr

    Morning
I came in today to do updates. I forgot this one wasn’t being updated for now but it was. It didn’t crash and all is well. Something must have upset it last week.
    Jenny
