Ever since I upgraded all the online stores of my clients to LSCache v5.3 two clients complained that their users were not being able to add products to their carts, and their carts appeared empty. Upon further investigation I noticed that somehow the cart page is now being cached, and the problem disappeared after rolling back to v5.2.1 (as suggested by another thread on this support forum regarding performance issues with the new version).

I checked the headers of the cart pages and it said that the cache had a HIT. After rolling back now it says that the page is non-cacheable. I have not tested every store I host, however they all use the same settings.

This seems to have happened without any intervention on my part, all the stores were working just fine before v5.3. Now I have to roll back all my 200+ domains…

We have the exact same issue. WooCommerce Cart will not function correctly.

We have not had to disable LS Cache on our site as we are losing sales due to the issue.

Would be interesting to see what your outcome and fix is.

    Regards,

@sbignell1 Don’t disable your cache, just roll back to v5.2.1 and it will work as expected, for now.

We have spent so much time on this, only yesterday did we work out how to reproduce it. Rolling back to 5.2.1 and clearing everything now!

We can see that it stops some lines of code loading, around cart functionality. Then a hard refresh kicks it in, really frustrating as we have lost quite a few customers because of it.

    Anyway, back to it.

We have been unable to resolve this and have now disable the plugin until a fix is found.

@sbignell1 I managed to revert all my sites to v5.2.1 and it’s working as they should now. I’m just waiting for the newest updates.
