Upgrade to PHP version 7.4 or 8

    Hi, I have been trying without success to upgrade my site to the later PHP versions. I am running Himalaya theme and the support people there have said that the errors show that Easy WP SMTP is causing the problem. Can anyone help with this please? Each time I try to upgrade, the site goes offline and I cant get to the dashboard, so the problem is quite severe.
