Upgrade to Newest Version results in 503 errors

After upgrading to the newest version of WPtouch, version 3.6.2, the admin section of my site gave 503 errors for every page. Downgrading back to 3.6.1 fixed the problem. I saw no 503 errors on the public-facing site but I am running cloudflare so that may be why.
Love the plugin though, this is the first problem I’ve ever had with it. I hope I can use the next version you put out without problems.
